I think no becaue if bychance anybody robs u while going there only u cant even borrow anything if incase your relatives are not present over there...!!!!

No place is safe today, Not just any other country but also India. So it is toatlly matter of choice, where one will like do his/her study.

Its totally unsafe and risky to study abroad. Now that the students who dint want to study in India have come to know about it, now they feel India is the best place to live and study.
