All the PTC networks existing in India are worthless and they act as an third party i.e, they will act as an intermediate. In anyway, you can always give a try to CPC networks. Some of the best and good indian cpc networks include komli, paypod, Sampurn Ads and tyroo.. although all of them pay low when you check out the USA or foreign CPC programs. Another booming industry in online advertising for publisher is cpa programs, websites like affiliate curry (I guess it's Indian network), vcommission and dgmpro pay you per signup or per referral for Indian traffic. Both has it's own advantage and disadvantages. With class room study you're limited to some information that may or maynot be exact whereas online studies you have various topis with indepth analysis which may not be required sometimes. I always prefer online studies due to hell lot of materials available online.
